Delivery Times
When will be items be delivered?
Standard items - Standard instock items will be dispatched with 2 working days and should arrive with you within 3 working days of disptach.
Personalised items- Please allow up to 7 working days for your items to be made and dispatched, you should recieve your items within 3 orking days of dispatch.
Collections - You are welcome to come to our premises to collect your items, non personalised items will be ready for collection the following working day. Personalised items may take up to 7 working days to be made ready for collection.
Delivery Charges
How much will delivery cost?
We offer 4 different delivery options and all prices are calculated by weight
First Class - Items should be delivered within 1-2 working days of dispatch
Second Class - Items should be delivered with 3 working days of dispatch
Standard Post - For heavier items, delivered with 3-5 working days
Next day guarenteed delivery - Items ordered before 11am Mon - Thurs ( excluding personalised items) will be delivered by 1pm the next working day.
We use Royal Mail for all deliveries and will provide tracking for your items. If you would like items sent recorded delivery please let us know and we will invoice you for the extra charge.
My delivery hasnt arrived what should i do?
Please check your tracking number emailed to you on dispatch, if you are unable to find out where your parcel is please contact Royal Mail 08457 740 740
